2. NO GUARANTEE OF ADMISSION OR RESULTS
While we offer professional advice and strategic guidance based on industry experience, college admissions are highly competitive and subjective.

  • We do not guarantee admission to any college, university, or educational institution.

  • We do not guarantee scholarships, financial aid packages, or specific grade/score improvements.

  • All admissions results, choices, and final performance depend entirely on the student and the respective institutions' admissions committees.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES & ETHICAL CONDUCT
To ensure successful consulting, you agree to the following commitments:

  • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, honest, and complete information regarding grades, test scores, extracurricular records, and background information.

  • Authenticity (No Plagiarism): We adhere to the highest standards of academic integrity. We do not write application essays, letters of recommendation, or fill out applications on behalf of students. We provide guidance, editing, feedback, and strategy. All final submissions must be the student’s own original work.

  • Deadlines: Students and parents are responsible for keeping track of and meeting all official university application deadlines. We are not responsible for missed deadlines due to late submissions of drafts or materials to our team.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials provided by us during the consulting process—including strategy templates, proprietary worksheets, guides, resources, and website content—are the intellectual property of [Insert Business Name].
